OMEGACLAD® metal-sheathed thermocouple wire containing inert, non-vitrified insulation is used in the manufacture of thermocouple probes. It can also be used as extension wire.

0.250" type K: | Inconel good to 2100°F (1148°C) |
0.250" type K: | Stainless Steel good to 1650°F (898°C) |
0.250" type E: | Stainless Steel or Inconel good to 1510°F (820°C) |
0.250" type J: | Stainless Steel or Inconel good to 1330°F (720°C) |
0.250" type T: | Stainless Steel or Inconel good to 700°F (370°C) |

OMEGACLAD® wire will be supplied to ±10% of specified length. Prices will be adjusted accordingly. OMEGA cannot guarantee continuous lengths of OMEGACLAD 0.010" (0.2 mm) diameter
Typical Application:
OMEGACLAD® wire is made into a grounded junction probe and inserted into a pipe with compression fitting.

Compacted magnesium oxide is hygroscopic (absorbs moisture)
